I am writing to say "Thank you" for the wonderful job and excellent service provided by Tim Ryan, project coordinator of Advanced Roofing.

I am recently divorced and have NO experience working with contractors. When the hail storm damaged my home, I was terrified! I also raise my granddaughter with no child support. Money is tight, so that added to my worries.

Then along came Tim! He worked with my insurance company. (Even I knew the initial quote from the insurance wouldn't cover all the damage). He found a costly mistake in the insurance adjuster's initial quote and worked with him to make a fair settlement for everyone.

Tim explained to me what to expect and even helped me pick out colors. He checked on all the work as it progressed. I was comfortable through the whole process. Never thought THAT could happen!

The house looks great! Better than before the hail storm! All this was done in a timely manner, despite all the work that was needed in our area.
