On several occasions I have called Dave regarding various plumbing and water heater issues. He is very helpful in diagnosing problems over the phone and is willing to coach customers through situations. Most recently calling regarding a pilot light malfunction, he walked me through the possible scenarios until I was able to get the problem remedied. Very customer oriented and economically reasonable compared to others in the area especially Roto Rooter. Will always consult with Big Dave with plumbing issues in my home.
