I had Big Dave out last summer for plugged drains. Today I called to have him come out about gurgling drains and air in a blocked bath drain. He was in a car accident a few weeks ago and is out of commission until he gets better............yet he talked to me for about a half hour on the phone and gave me advice on what I might do to solve the issues. The advice was free because he cares about his customers. He is HONEST, HELPFUL, and fair with his pricing. He will also give you an estimate (by phone) as to what he thinks it will cost BEFORE he comes out to your home. This is the first time I have ever written a review because Dave stands out as the best service I have ever had working on a problem in my home. He's the big little brother I never had. 100% confidence in his plumbing abilities.
