Did not solve my drain issue but charged me extra
I called Dave to come and clean the floor drain in my laundry room. It isn't completely clogged but I wanted to be preventative rather than reactive. After working on it for two hours, nothing changed. He was here working on it, but it did not make any difference at all. After the first hour I wish he would have said he just couldn't fix it rather than spending another hour and charging me extra.
