Wow, I don't even really know where to start! I purchased a new bathroom sink vanity and faucet fixtures intending to do it myself. I've done fixture swap outs befire so I figure no big deal. What I didn't know was that the shut off valves were rusty and started leaking. On a Sunday. I went online and called a few services which of course ranged from, "We can get someone out next Tuesday between 8 and 4" (which by the way was from a company that I pay extra for every month for prompt, efficient service) to just plain old answering services. Well Big Dave has a very humorous voice mail so I leave a message and Big Dave himself calls back within minutes. He's got his smoker cooking but hears my plight and comes on over. Not only did he take out my old vanity, clean everything up, install and level the new vanity, replace every line underneath and put in the fixtures, he did it all on no notice and charged me about half of what I was expecting. Master plumber yes but master at customer service and not gouging you like the big plumbing companies too. Oh the other guys? They "bothered" calling my back two days later. Got plumbing problems and want to feel like the person working on it is doing it like they are installing it in their own home? Call Big Dave and forget everyone else.
