I got Big Dave's name from my son, who was really happy with the work, knowledge, and self-help information he received regarding his bathtub faucet. I called Sunday evening and left a message about our basement drain (sewer main?) flooding. Big Dave called me back on Sunday evening and gave me instructions to figure out whether it was the laundry/floor drain or sewer main. It was the sewer main. He no longer does sewer drains that require stairs to haul heavy equipment, so referred me to Midway Sewer Service, who also called me back on Sunday evening and came out the next day and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. Thank you! I will use Big Dave's for any future plumbing issues, no question.
