Called Big Dave for the first time on 4/26/17. Chose him not only because of the good price, but because I prefer to use small, independent businesses. Dave arrived even a bit earlier than he said he could and assessed the problem quickly. He explained everything he was doing, and why. He also tried to use what parts I had that were good whenever he could. He was careful about keeping things clean. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and did a thorough and great job. I consider him my plumber now, and will be recommending him to all my friends!
