I had American Leak Detectors come to my home to determine where water was intruding from. The inspector was very thorough, even went under my house to make sure there were no other points of entry. He was able to find the source of the intrusion (poorly centered water tray under my large sliding glass door). The fix was easy and affordable. He took his time, explained what he was doing at every step & what he was looking for. Well worth the inspection fee.
