I have enjoyed my This old Grout experience from the day I called the company and got to talk to a real live person. I asked if I might have samples of the two or three colors from which I was choosing. The samples came immediately, as did the offer to continue to help me with any questions or concerns.

It took me a while to start my project. Now that it is almost over, I would like to share my enthusiasm for this product. My only suggestion would be to create tools thatma ke it easier to apply the stain on grout that is much thinner than the toothbrushes that I purchased from This Old Grout co. What I thought would take me four or five hours has actually taken me many times more than that because of the ongoing need to wipe up the excess...and wipe up the excess...and wipe up the excess.
With all the toil, however, my husband and I love the results. Great product...with the need for a little work on how to apply.
