The design process was great, our pool is beautiful but it leaks. It has been leaking since construction ended a year and half ago. The most recent leak was "repaired" this week only its still leaking. Now its worse than before they came out. The girls answering the phone don't seem to care and the technician they called to "help" me said couldn't do anything about it. Also, their communication about repairs is pretty crappy. We love the weekly maintenance service but overall the constant leaking issues make it impossible for me to recommend them.
