my appointment was for 230 in the afternoon. I arrived home early from work to accommodate the appointment at roughly 215pm. I noticed a card was in my door from their representative by the name of Carlos. When I spoke with him he told me that he was trying to move up appointments and because I wasn't home when he stopped by that he would have to reschedule me. I told him my appointment was for 230 and why would I be there any earlier especially since I had to get off work for the appointment. he informed me that he had other no shows and due to weather and the location of other appointments that he wouldn't be able to help me. So now I've wasted my time with this company. I've taken off work early for no reason all because they assumed I was going to be a no show prior to it being my appointment time.
