I've used Bold City Carpet Cleaning two times. The last project was a year ago. They cleaned my carpet. I am a very satisfied customer. They did a great job. As a matter of fact they did a better job the second time! I would continue to use their service because they were respectful in my home. Plus they show up when they say they're going to. I would tell a potential customer of theirs the same thing. They do what you expect. And I believe if I wasn't happy with something, they would've fixed it without attitude. Scheduling was easy. I think I scheduled with them online. It was automated which made it easy. They were polite and courteous.
