We were very impressed with the service we received from Bold City Carpet Cleaning recently, they did a very thorough job and made sure to pay extra attention to the high traffic areas in our home. The customer service from start to finish was excellent, their staff was very easy to communicate with and they really explained things well. The crew that actually came out to do the work was very prompt, they worked efficiently, and were really friendly as well. I would highly recommend their services and we will most likely be using them again.
