My carpets were in the worst shape they've ever, ever been in when I called Bold City Carpet Cleaning. I honestly didn't think they were going to be able to get much of it out, or that it would stay looking good for very long. So far it's holding up really well and it looks fantastic, it really does. I would absolutely use their service again, although this was my first time. The price was OK. It was a little bit high, but I imagine that had something to do with the condition the carpet was in. The reason I say it seemed high is just that I had seen a per room price listed in one of their ads and I ended up being charged quite a bit more than the price I saw listed there. That's my only complaint really, though. They do a really thorough, great job. If you need someone to get the tough spots out, they're the ones to call.
