I have used Bold City Carpet Cleaning two times before and they have been absolutely outstanding on both occasions. The first time they came by to clean the carpet in my home I believe it was the owner's son who came to do the cleaning and he went above and beyond my expectations. He helped me move most of the furniture in my home before the cleaning and did a great job on the cleaning itself. I had a really good experience with them the 2nd time as well. I won't be using anyone but Bold City in the future and will be highly recommending them to others.
