Bold City Carpet Cleaning cleaned three of my major traffic areas: my family room, loft area, and hallway. They also cleaned my dining room. All of those rooms had really bad dirt stains and pet urine stains. They came in, pre-treated it, and cleaned it. I would definitely use them again.

I had an area in my family room that was covered with a rug. The rest was dirty, but it was clean under that rug. After they cleaned the whole the room, the rest of the carpet looked as clean as that spot. That's how good it was.

I liked that they were honest. They were upfront about the cost. Not like other places that tell you they can clean your house for $99 and then they charge you $700. Bold City Carpet Cleaning is a little pricy but it's worth every penny
