This company is reliable, competent and trustworthy. They completely re-repaired a section of my roof that had been worked on by two other companies over the past 10 years.

When they were finished there was stucco that had been removed during the job by their crew and not replaced. I emailed pictures for them to compare with the pictures they took in advance of doing any work. Sarah had a crew out to correct the situation within a matter of days. They even painted the new stucco for me! (I supplied the paint.)

The comments regarding more prompt communication have merit. I did have to make several attempts before receiving a reply. This is easily remedied. All customers deserve a reply within 48 hrs. Periods longer the that generate needless anxiety and tension.

Overall though, I give them a solid 95% rating. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and will definitely be utilizing their services again!
