We have been trying to find a company for the past two years now. We wanted to get a company for the maintenance service of your 12 AC (wall units). We have a small hotel and our AC (installed two years ago) needed to be cleaned. It was a nightmare - fixing appointment, asking for a quote, either, the representatives wasn't showing up, or after the visit, didn't sent the quote, or the quote was way to expensive...
