I was very pleased that I can have someone who can come within an hour to detect the problem of my leaking pipe (outdoor). Since it was 9 p.m.and it wasn't a real emergency, the plumber said he will return by 8 a.m. in the next morning to buy the material and replace the pipe. I waited from 7-9:30 before I call the dispatcher. I found out later that the plumber had a family emergency. If so, someone should have called me and let me know that he will be late. However, I am satisfied of his work eventhough he came 2 hours late.
