First off I do not know how this company got on our vendor list in the first place. Service request are email only. They do not show up on time as they say. Here in Fresno,ca this company only has 2 service techs which are sub contractors and know enough to get by but talk as if they know way more then there work shows. We asked for a bid on a job they had started never received it until 3 hours later and it was sent from an iphone how unprofessional is that. This Cody guy who are you really.. as there supervisor i would this you would be in contact with our office regarding bids or service calls. UNPROFESSIONAL.
