Ruben did his best to take care of the very slow drainage problem. He first used the snake in the garage by the wash tray, then brought it in the house to use in the clean-out under the kitchen sink. The machine was splattering in the kitchen. He did try to clean it up but I spent a bit of time cleaning up afterward. The machine also left two nicks in our flooring where there's a step-up to the kitchen. The drain is working good now.
