I've used Preferred Plumbing and Drain for over 10 years. They arrive when they say they will (and within hours of me calling, NOT the next day), they get the job done (and more, usually) and are always professional. With my 1950's orangeburg drains, I need a company I can rely on to show up fast and clear out tree roots. I've had them install new faucets, retrofit clumsy under-sink plumbing, and replace collapsed and broken pipes. They even installed a new water heater for me when my old one gave up the ghost. I've got their business card stuck to my refrigerator and have no desire to use any other plumbing company.
