Called Preferred Plumbing and Drain. Eric Adams came out to the house. Eric asked what the problem was and I told him. Made up lines. I had another company come out prior. Eric ran a snake through the clean out line to both ends of the house. The other guy who came out would only run the snake to one side of the house saying that his snake was not along enough to reach the other side of the house. . Eric came in the house /took the toilet off and ran his snake down and then said for a few dollars more he would run a camera to both sides to show me what the problem was.. The other company ran a camera and told me that my lines were all shot. Even the one going down into the street. The other company (Bonney Plumbing ) ) wanted $22.000.00 to replace the pipes, even wanted to start tearing out the sheet rock to put in new pipes. AH NO !! Eric did say that the lines were bad, being cast iron pipes 50 years old. He did show me some tree roots that were interfering with the flow. But he said that the pipe going out to the street was just fine. I was told by the other company that it was bad. Eric Bid was $4,500.00. Wow when can we start. Eric came back the next day and for the next two days he worked his $@!#% off. On one day he had a helper, but mostly it was just him by himself. I can not emphasize how hard he worked. He was always very pleasant and professional. He did a great job , Very happy with his work, If you need work done, call Preferred Plumbing and Drain and asked for Eric Adams.
