I have been taking my cars to Fix Auto Henderson for about 10 years now, but I will probably never go back again. My car needed some repairs done so my wife and I took it in. We go to the lobby/office area where two different employees were on the phone. They never said anything to us - not an acknowledgement, not a glance, nothing for about 5 minutes. I turned to my wife and said "We must be invisible." and still nothing. Finally, some time later, the gentleman came out with us to do the estimate, and see the repairs needed. I mentioned that we should get our belongings out, thinking they would keep the car while they work on it. He said "You can't leave it here" and that they wouldn't take it. It needs to be fixed; Where am I supposed to leave it? I was not very happy at all, by this point, and we left. First to not even be acknowledged as a customer...I'm trying to do business there and get ignored? Then they say they won't take it. They have always given me such great service before and that's why this was such a shock to me. I will not be returning and I do not recommend. They were much better as Auto Mall
