Dealing with Airplus of California was a pleasurable experience--everything from scheduling to the service rep who came out quickly. They were honest and competent, even though they took a lot of money.

They diagnosed the problem correctly in a justifiable manner and didn't find a bunch of things to charge me for. The problem was that the air conditioning unit wasn't putting out as much power as it used to because the coils needed cleaning. So they fixed it, and I was on my way in five minutes.

I am pretty fond of them and very pleased. I had used Airplus of California for a slightly different matter and the experience was good enough to call them back.
