I recently had to replace by malfunctioning Carrier air conditioning unit. I've been a customer with the Corona, CA, Airplus for a number of years, always with great satisfaction. This time was no different. Joey Negrete helped me choose the new unit for my condominium needs. He usually does my annual services and is always knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Leo and Ruis installed my new equipment, which included the a. c. unit and also a new furnace unit. They worked very hard non-stop for over six hours until the whole job was completed. A great deal of that work time had to be done up in the cramped space of my attic where my original equipment was located. They covered my carpeting with protective plastic and were careful to keep everything clean and neat. Leo answered my questions thoroughly and courteously. He made sure I understood how everything worked, especially the new thermostat. Joey, Leo, and Ruis are great workers and representatives of Airplus. I will be a customer for a long time to come!
