I called and purchased the three year service package and they schedules service for the next day. Our service technician Joey was on time and very courteous and professional. He invited me to watch as he was cleaning the outside unit and explained things as he went. He was very knowledgeable and skilled as he finished his tasks. I am very pleased with Joey's performance and hope that he is the technician that come to the house each time I need service. Thank you.
