My son has a terminal disease. We fly every week across the country for experimental drugs. He has countless appointments all over Southern CA. As you can image his time, my time and my families tie is precious. The dispatch effectively wasted 5.5 hours of my time. He didn't even communicate with the tech. The visit was to ensure my son's downstairs room was comfortable. It is extremely hot because air flow isn't working. It's the only downstairs bed and he needs it due to his disease. He can't climb stairs. It would be nice if I could count on professionalism and consideration for my dying son.
