It was an excellent experience. He made it very easy, not stressful.
Airplus of California put in our new air conditioning system. I don't remember the name of the gentleman that came out, but he was the main reason why we went with Airplus. He was very pleasant and seemed very honest. He took the time to explain the different options that we could go with. The customer service was great. It was like getting service from Nordstrom or a Lexus dealer!
