Attention to detail was not what I expected.
Advanced wood floors had done previous work for us and it was excellent. This time though the installers they sent out were not qualified for the more complicated work of transitioning the new floors to the old. It took them several times to get it right. Also the finish on the floors was not as high quality as the previous work done for us.
