After the time was changed from 1:30 to 10:30, they showed up at 10:00. Two men. The younger one started by asking me if I wanted ALL the gutters cleaned. What???? What kind of question is that? Then I showed him where the box with the gutter guard was, and the older man said right away, that's not enough. What??? Of course it was enough. I had to leave so I didn't get to see what they did, I assume they did a good job, but didn't get any feedback from them on the state of my gutters, or especially the downspouts....would like to know if the downspouts were actually cleared, especially on that is hidden behind plants. And they were gone quick...I got home 2.5 hours later and they were gone. It does look like they got the gutter guard on properly, although it's hard to check on the higher parts of the roof. It rained the next day, and all seems to be functioning properly. The charge for putting on the guards was supposed to be $85 / man hour, but I think it came to more than that. Say an hour to clean, then an hour to put on the guards for two guys should have been about $170....I was charged $340. But I'm not going to complain...it seems the job got done. They just didn't inspire much confidence.
