A1 has always done a great job for us and the folks they've sent out are all professional and very observant, finding little stuff I wouldn't have even noticed. For example - last exterior window wash they got the skylights on the little cottage behind our house besides the windows. They aren't visible from the front, so I forgot about them totally until he was about to leave - but they'd already been done. I would recommend them. They are small however and communication with them can be slow sometimes.
