Raphael wasted no time, got down to work, did a thorough job. Cleaned and caulked gutters first. Next washed windows and fortunately for us pointed out defects in three windows which turned out to be argon gas failure between the sheets of glass. Our supplier says the manufacturer will replace, we've filled out an on-line claim form, thank you Raphael.
