Good customer service but was overcharged for work done. Wish that labor rate had been more clearly stated. 114 p/h is excessive, and all parts were about 2x actual cost. Was quoted nearly an additional $300 to replace my valve cover gasket (i did not approve it...), which I just replaced this morning at a cost of $50 and a half hour of time.
Was quoted about the same for my oil pan gasket, Was able to do that in 1 hour and gasket cost $45.

Replace a few small hoses on top of the engine and PCV system -Labor: 401.80
Total parts: $441.56
AND- They charged me an additional $6.75 for use of their part washer? Isnt this a common trade tool? Do I have to pay for each wrench you use too?!?

Avoid this place, I've reached out to them and Will update this post if they decide to rectify the situation, but knowing this why would you even want to go somewhere like this?
