I had a great experience. my technician came in and checked over everything. when I discussed my concern with him he looked into it. he found the problem, showed me how it had malfunctioned and then showed me an estimate of part cost and installation. he was able to replace my pump on site and when finished showed me to make sure I understood. he also went outside to check everything over and clean off my unit as well. very friendly, booking an appointment was fast and got next day service, prices were reasonable, knowledgable and took the time to make sure I understood everything, whole appointment took less than 1 hour and followed up right away. I will definitely recommend Hoffman!!!
