Furnace went out and needed to be replaced immediately
The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and honest. He came out during the middle of a snowstorm at 10pm. He diagnosed a bad board and also inspected the 20 year old furnace. We decided to replace the whole furnace. One of the installers came out to install it first thing the next morning. Everybody was very genuine. Hats off to you. Thanks! Brooke and John
