We had Dean come out for an inspection of our 31 year-old furnace and he specified what could be replaced and not replaced directly should anything go wrong. After weighing potential repair/replacement costs, we decided buying a new furnace made the most sense. And, the new high efficiency furnace is great. We've noticed a huge difference with how well it heats our home. The company was also very responsive to questions and inquiries even after the installation. I would highly recommend them.
