I required a same day check on my 1 year old furnace as had some questionable oil appearing on the top of my Lenox furnace which was concerning and within a hour and a half I had a technician at my home to not only remedy the loose valve but was also able to do the annual tuneup. The tech was very professional and able to fully answer all my questions. Great service!
