Talked with Rich, he gave me tips on cleaning my a/c condenser and changing my furnace filter - I learned a lot. Ultimately, my a/c needed a new capacitor. Hoffman came out quickly (in hot weather) found e problem immediately and replaced the capacitor. Thanks for your help, professionalism and efficiency.
