I contacted Hoffman during the Memorial Day hear wave. The scheduler got me an appointment in a timely manner and was very easy to deal with. The technician arrived on time and had the air conditioner fixed within an hour. He did I not recommend anything that I did not need and the pricing was fair. I would use Hoffman again.
