Chuck was very professional - he called to let me know he would be arriving in 30 min. He was very nice and seemed to know what he was talking about. I didn't get the receipt I was supposed to get via e-mail so I called Chuck and had to leave a message. He called back within 10 min and sent the receipt again and I got it the second time. I have already recommended to the ladies in my golf league
