Very thorough!!

The people at Hoffmanheating.NET were very thorough with showing what to do with our air conditioning as far as cleaning and how often. The only thing I was a little dissatisfied with was that when they installed the unit two years ago, they didn't tell us how to clean it every however many months. It's been two years, but the service we received recently we were very happy with!

Thanks Tracy, we really enjoyed working with you. We always advise an annual cleaning of your entire heating and cooling system as recommended by all furnace and a/c manufacturers. It was clearly an oversight on our end if we didn't tell you, but we do walk a fine line in coming off as being pushy.
