I was a long-term client of Anna's who tipped well and she was always late. I would be her first client of the day and she'd be 30 minutes late, at least, at 10 a.m.

One day I had a 10 a.m. appt and at 10:45 she finally called saying she overslept and could they push my appt? But not to the 11 a.m. slot because she wouldn't be ready by then so... She didn't bother calling me, she never tried to apologize, just called the front desk asking if I was still there.

For someone who scheduled two weeks in advance, only needed a 20 minute trim, tips extremely well, and I didn't even get an apology phone call. AWFUL service. Extremely unprofessional.
