Chris took the time to discuss my problem, which I thought was possibly bedbugs. He offered suggestions, and talked me out of going through with the exterminating until I was sure that that was my problem. It turned out to be a different issue, carpet beetles, and he advised me on that as well. These are really honest , helpful people.
