I have used Mighty Clean Carpet Care twice. The first time was to clean the carpets, and the second time was to stretch the carpets.
When calling to schedule an appointment the staff was personable, easy-going and they worked around my schedule. They explained in detail how the process worked, and what products they used. There was a pending snowstorm and they scheduled me an alternate appointment in case their technician wasn't able to make it after the storm. Everything was explained in detail.
The technician was able to arrive, and he got every single stain out of the carpet. He left no mess at all and when he finished I was very impressed with the work. Everything looks good, and I am very happy with the prompt service, even in a snowstorm.
