On time arrival and they did exactly what they said they were going to do! My carpet looks and smells great! My cat for the first time urinated on my carpet and I was very upset. I called Mighty Clean and they came the next day to treat the soiled area. Although the guy said he couldn't guarantee, he did take his time to treat and really clean the area. Whatever he did, did the trick! Not only did he get the urine smell out, but they called a couple days after to offer a service call if necessary to retreat the area. Fantastic customer service!
