I have used Mighty Clean Carpet Care for several years at my house, and this last time I had them out to clean the basement and basement steps of my son's home. The worker they sent out was nice, polite, and did the best he could, but most of the stains in the carpet didn't come out. Maybe it was the nature of the stains themselves, I don't know. One thing I always liked about Mighty Clean is that they always leave you with a spot remover, but they did not do that this last time. I would probably use them again.
