I needed to have a white couch and one room of white carpet cleaned. As the technician and I previewed the jobs, he was very honest in telling me that although he’d be glad to clean the couch, he was pretty sure that the issue was that the texture of the fabric was worn off from use and that cleaning it was not likely to change it’s appearance. I truly appreciated his honesty.
The carpet had traffic pattern wear as well as one dark stain that a previous company had not been able to remove. He got that out and did a wonderful job with the entire room. It looks great!
Kevin worked efficiently and took care to protect the hardwood floor. He even went through the drying process twice so my dog would be able to sleep in there that night. Scheduling with the office person went smoothly too.
