I can't say enough good things about their service. It had been 3 years since my last carpet clean - way overdue. I had multiple embedded pet stains, that were all cleaned away at no additional charge. They did not try to sell me additional, unneeded finishes. They were polite, customer service focused and gave me an appointment readily. Their pricing was EXCELLENT! I would suggest calling them NOW in the winter when appointments are more readily available.
