Mighty Clean Carpet Care came out and fixed the wrinkles in the carpet through the hallway and two bedrooms. There were quite a few wrinkles and I am not sure why because the carpet was fairly new. The man who came out did a nice job of pulling and stretching the carpet he did have to cut some portions of it to make it lay flat. The work itself only took about an hour which surprised me. I think he knew what he was doing and just right to it! He let me know that he thought the carpet had not been installed correctly the first time and that is why the wrinkling occurred. He arrived on time and explained the entire process to me. They charged for this type of service by the room and I think the price was reasonable based on the end result he was able to get. My first experience with Mighty Clean Carpet Care was a very good one and I will keep them in mind for anyone who needs this done with their carpets. Very satisfied!
